Notes from jschmoe:
I don't have the specific model for the mics, but the buddy from which I borrowed the gear (thanks K!) said they cost approx. US$500.
Mics were physically separate left / right channel lines which fed back to a single stereo line into the deck.
The left / right lines were either pinned over each shoulder facing stage, or pinned to left/right sides under an open-holed baseball cap.
I originally mastered this 2001-04-08 & retained the original WAV fileset.
I think the only thing I did on the computer was place track marks before each piece.
This FLAC fileset comes from WAVs from this dub, which only needed SBE corrections in TLH; no CD-Rs or EACs.
NOTES
As this is an original master & isn't too bad to start with, please DON'T remaster and repost it.

This tape really, really turned out nice; there's some kicking bass in there, and you can really crank this one up.
Overall this might be the best sounding CVB tape I ever got.
A dash of songs from the new LP, old classics, and a few things I ain't heard nowhere else ("Stayin' At Home", "Lincoln Shrine").
Fine fine stuff.

The first interruption is for a tape flip, which syncs up with the end of Disc 1.
There's another to put in a new tape before She Divines Water, and I missed the very beginning of that song.

I had this documented in my list for years, and I may have traded a copy or two, but this is likey its debut for most folks.
Crank it up and ENJOY! it as I have, and share it so others can hear it.

I mark the start of tracks when the music or count-in begins, not the talking about it before it starts.

Subject: great stuff!
The only minor quibbles is that it's very quiet during the acoustic set, but that's an issue with most recordings from this tour, as they choose to play without mics during that section Also, Lisher's lead guitar is a BIT quiet at times. But mostly, this is a really prime live recording--highly recommended!
